Renee is the Clinical Director and Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids Behavioural Consulting. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to teach children and their families since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, and went on to complete her Master of Autism Studies at Griffith University. She also studied ABA at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has a Level 5 credential from FTF Consulting, indicating she can design and implement treatment extensions as well as lead implementation of the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills Based Treatment (SBT) process. She was also invited to be a part of the FTF’s International Leadership Group. She is an alumnus of the Morningside Academy Teacher’s Academy, a summer intensive program focused on Precision Teaching and the Morningside Model of Generative Instruction. She is a member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia, the Association for Behaviour Analysis International, Continence Foundation of Australia and the Association of Professional Behaviour Analysts.
She specializes in the assessment and support for autistic children. She has over 12 years of experience providing early intervention to neurodivergent children specifically autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and intellectual disability in a school, home and clinic based setting. Renee is passionate about delivering evidence-based early intervention to children to help them achieve their full potential. Her interests include communication and building independent living skills, particularly toilet training. In her spare time she loves going for walks, weight lifting and hosting family dinners.

She has previously completed a Bachelor of Psychology/Arts at Macquarie University. Sophie has worked with children for over a decade, and has experience with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. She is also passionate about ongoing professional development, and can regularly be found jet setting around the world for international conferences and workshops. As a Behaviour Consultant, Sophie is enthusiastic about teaching must-have, functional life skills that promote joy and independence for all learners. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and making elaborate cakes!
Sophie is a Behaviour Consultant at Super Kids. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and has completed a Masters in Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis) at Monash University. She has previously completed a Bachelor of Psychology/Arts at Macquarie University. She has worked with children for 10 years and has experience with children aged 0-12 years – including Autistic children, children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay and Down syndrome. As a Behaviour Consultant, she is interested in teaching functional communication and social skills, reducing inflexibilities and challenging behaviours, teaching daily living tasks and more. She looks forward to continuing to utilise her skills in ABA to help children develop to their full potential.

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys doing and playing sports such as cheerleading, netball and volleyball as well as sitting down to read a book.

Tom Collins is the helpful face that you will see around HQ, on the phone or via email. He will help you with all of your administration and scheduling! Tom has experience managing and liaising with large corporate teams but prefers the smaller and more personal experience that he can deliver at Super Kids. When he is not at work you can find him at the gym, rock climbing or at home playing with his baby boy.

For experienced technicians and Behaviour Analysts, we have Senior and Clinical Mentoring roles so you can focus on the areas that interest you most. For new technicians, we put you through our training program focusing on you, to build your communication, organisation, and therapy skills, so you can do what you first wanted to do…help kids and their families!
Prior experience is preferred but not essential. We are specific about the team we work with, and carefully pick our team players, to ensure they fit our Super Kids values and culture. We are looking for someone who will grow with our team.
